Start the local helper

Your TV is only reachable from your own network, so a tiny helper runs on a computer on the same WiFi as the TV. It connects out to us — nothing is opened on your machine, and your TV keys never leave your device.

Unzip, then double-click start-remote.command (Mac) or start-remote.bat (Windows). First time on Mac: right-click → Open. Needs Node installed.
